Steamed herbal fish fillet

sayee dapat resipi ni dari katalog steam it. steam it ni pengukus, salah satu produk tupperware la. cara nak guna dia, letak air dalam kuali pastu baru letak steam it ni. ada senggat untuk tau paras air kena letak. sayee betul2 rase nak makan ikan stim ni. tapi byk pulak ingredients yang sayee tak kenal.

tong kwai tu ape? pickled plums pun cam tak tau jugak. chicken stock granules pun sayee tak tau tapi bila search google images, kuar gambar pati ayam maggi tu. ooo, camtu la ek.

sayee rase sayee nak try ni, tapi xyah la buh mende yang sayee tatau tu ek?? bole? hehehe... jom tgk resipi. ni yang sayee tak cuba lagi. tapi saje nak share ok.


Ingredients

  • 250g -- garoupa fish fillet, sliced
  • 2 stalks -- spring onion, chopped
  • 2 -- pickled plums
  • 4 slices -- tong kwai, soaked
  • 2 cloves -- garlic
  • 2 - 3 --ginger slices
  • 1 -- red chili, seeded and chopped
Sauce
  • 1/2tsp -- sugar
  • 1tsp -- sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp -- cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp -- chicken stock granules


Method
  1. seed the pickled plums and place together with garlic. chop both coarsely then combine with the sauce.
  2. arrange fish on a porcelain plate. pour combined mixture over fish. add tong kwai, ginger slices and red chili. place the plate on steam it.
  3. steam fish for 10 minutes over medium heat until cooked. remove and serve.
