Main Responsibilities

as a Technical Executive Periodic, these are my Main Responsibilities. sayee menaip ini di blog utk sentiasa mengingatkan sayee tentang tugas dan tanggungjawab sayee. supaya rezeki yang sayee dapat di hujung bulan adalah berkat dan sepadan dengan tugas yang berjaya dilakukan. insyaAllah.

1. Assist Region Manager to compile and check Progress Claim for submission to HQ, client and sub-contractors/suppliers.
2. Monitor and control performance of sub-contractors and supplier.
3. Responsible for the overall preparing, reviewing, monitoring, coordinating and updating of Work Programme and Budget periodically and annually.
4. Responsible for preparing, liasing and reviewing in producing agreed programme with USPN and JKR.
5. Review the operation and monitor current Work Programme.
6. Ensure effective team performance through discipline and motivations and eventually prepare objectively the annual performance evaluation of each team member.
7. Ensure effective supervision of all works implemented comply its the requirements of the clients, authorities, consultant and other relevant authorities or parties such as the suppliers, sub-contractors etc.
8. Provide leadership and supervise the work team in order to ensure team work at its best and motivated in order to achieve the weekly/daily work schedule.

walaupun sayee lebey ske menjadi seorang civil engineer / design engineer / structural engineer / project coordinator, tp sayee tetap sayang keje sayee skang. dan sayee cuba untuk menjadi seorang yang lebey baguz di masa akan datang.

~~biasenye org tulis camni utk azam tahun baru ek..? tapi sayee tulis bila dah masuk bulan ke 4 dlm tahun 2011 ni. hmmm, sayee rase tahun 2011 sangat cepat berlalu. belom ada azam yang sayee dah capai. hmmmpff..!! chaiyokkk angah!!!
